Our Patient Portal SADIO is a great place to look up your records or even send us a message.

  • If you need your password, you can click on the “Forgot your password?” link from the SADIO login page. From there, you will enter your username in order to reset your password.

  • If you have forgotten your username, please call our office and we can confirm your username for you.

  • If you have not already set up your account, please call our office and we will resend the link!

Patient Payments:
We are currently working on adding a secure on-line payment option, but for now, please call our office and leave your name and number and we will call back to process credit card payments.

However, insurances have various networks and plans so please be sure to confirm with your insurance if we are in your network or if you need a referral prior to seeing us (e.g. HMO plans, all Kaiser plans). You are always welcomed to see us as a self-pay patient or out-of-network if you need dermatology care and your insurance does not work with us.
