Arrival Time Policy:
We believe in running on time and in doing so, we need to follow our schedule closely – we believe it is respectful to patient’s time and ensures provider isn’t rushed and can provide a well-focused visit.

Patients are thus asked to arrive to their appointments before their scheduled appointment time:

·         New patient check-in time is 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time
·         Established patient check-in time is 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.  

Patients arriving 5 or more minutes AFTER their appointment start time will be asked to reschedule to ensure patients who do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner so we can give them the dedicated time they deserve. Thank you for understanding!

  • If you need your password, you can click on the “Forgot your password?” link from the SADIO login page. From there, you will enter your username in order to reset your password.

  • If you have forgotten your username, please call our office and we can confirm your username for you.

You are always welcomed to see us as a self-pay patient or out-of-network if you need dermatology care and your insurance does not work with us.
